PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER
KELLY KIMARI
"KELLY KAT"
My name is Kelly Kimari – Road name (Kelly Kat) I started riding at the age of 10. My first bike was a little 150 cc Enduro. I then got older and graduated to a 175cc. I grew up in Southern California and rode in the desert chasing jack rabbits.
My first street bike was a Harley 2003 Low Rider. I got it after my youngest graduated high school. I joined a cool, diversified riding club in 2013 in California. I started riding with the big boys and went to Sturgis for the first time in 2014. I fell in love with it. It feels like home there to me, especially in Deadwood. There is so much history there. I go back every year and meet up with my California friends.
I now ride a 2015 Street Glide. I named her Sally because I am a big ‘Nightmare Before Christmas’ fan. My riding style is pretty much normal, I guess. I do love riding the long winding back roads ,but nothing beats the wind in your face – fast on a straight away either.
I have ridden many different bikes in my lifetime, but personally, I prefer Harleys. There is no feeling like the roar of that engine. However, I will never judge anyone else for what they ride.
I have been married for 30 years, have 4 grown children and 8 grandchildren. I have been in Alabama for 7 years now and we love it here in the South. The hospitality is amazing.

"CRICKETT"
Started riding in 2020, and got my first and only Harley "Huckleberry" in 2021. My dad gave me my love of Harley Davidsons and the feeling of riding. Be it riding the four legged horses or the steel horses, my passion for riding and wind therapy is strong! Having traveled across the country and Canada, and being used to mapping out routes, places to eat, fuel up, finding emergency stops when needed, I was proud to be elected as the RC. Though still somewhat new to riding in comparison to life-long riders, I welcome fellow "newbies" to come ride with us. I'm happy to ride along with a newbie and go as slow as they need, or with another experienced rider who likes to go a bit faster (within the legal limits of course!).
When not riding, you'll find me cooking, showing and lure coursing my Sighthounds, or being the "nerd" of the club enjoying Anime or video games. Yup, the perks of being ADD/Autistic, I'm a forever "kid at heart"!

Started riding at age 50, on husband's 1st Harley in 2008. Early 2009, I got my first 250 Yamaha. I named her Baby Bike. I got practice in my neighborhood, but then took the riders course at Pelham HD. It had a recall on it because the gas tank collapsed in heat. So I returned it & traded it for a Silverado 650. A beautiful purple & black bike. Kept it for 6 months. Riding with my husband and 2 friends that summer. Got lots of experience. Joined a few online biker communities and loved it. Found I needed a bigger bike to keep up with the bigger Harleys.
So I found a blue Yamaha 950 down in Jacksonville FL. We went down to get it. .my husband had to ride it back for me, I was too scared. I named her Blue Blaze.
I kept the 950 for 18 months or so. Took a couple of trips to Florida & TN on it. Really got alot of experience and loved it.
December 2010, we went to Disney in Florida with friends. We went to Orlando Harley store for pins and shirts, but I saw a 2008 Harley Deluxe. She was black and white, just gorgeous. I named her Zoom. It was a great bike and I kept her for 10 years.
We were members of CMA Christian Motorcycle Association and rode with other groups and made many friends. Went to Thunder Beach in PC every year and loved riding.
In Dec 2020, we went to Riders HD in Trussville. I saw the most beautiful Harley Freewheeler. It was a 2015 Sunglow Amber Whiskey orange color..I traded Zoom in on it. I loved the freedom of 3 wheels. It gave me more confidence to go anywhere.
I kept the 3 wheeler until Jan 2023 when we sold our bikes due to health reasons

TREASURER
Robin Shumway
Hi. My name is Robin Shumway. I am a mom to 2 and bonus mom to 4 more! I have 7 grandchildren, 5 boys and 2 girls. I used to be an elementary school teacher, but am currently loving not working. In my spare time I enjoy crocheting. I am a bit rare in this club, as I don't ride unless I'm on the back of my husband's Honda Valkyrie Interstate. I really enjoy the feeling of riding. However, I plan to rectify this in the near future, and take the riding course so I can get my own license. This group has meant so much to me over the last couple of years. I have made some very dear friends. So, please join us if you ride, or are a passenger, we would love to have you!
